PROCUREMENT MANAGER (LOCAL & IMPORT)

Responsibilities include:

• Providing technical mentorship and project facilitation to support manufacturing and process development activities.
• Communicating problems with foreign counterparts and engineer.
• Dealing with international suppliers and claims against suppliers.
• Getting goods and services for the best price and value.
• Identify foreign and domestic suppliers and vendors.
• Supervise delivery of all goods and manage distribution of all goods to various geographical locations efficiently.
• Shipment of the goods, track the location of the shipment, using the most and economical packaging, transportation, warehousing, distribution of goods.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Min.GPA: 3.0 from reputable University. (Concentration: mechanical, industrial, electrical).
• Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must.
• Specialists in documentation of shipments to ensure in compliance with customs rules and regulations.
• Knowing and mastering the rules and procedures of import mainly from China to Indonesia.
• At least 5 years experience in a technical capacity, preferable in the mechanical / manufacturing industry.
• Able to use CAD, Auto CAD software and effectively work on Engineering software Programs is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, etc).
• Ability to handle pressure.
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
• Should have good management skills, market researching tactics, negotiation skills, communication skills, and marketing capabilities.
• Willing to work on Saturday.
