Full Time - Junior Accounting / HR Administrator – Nusa Dua, Bali
We are seeking for a full time Junior Accounting / HR Administrator to join our organization who wants to grow, willing to learn and develop their skills by handling important tasks. Must have excellent skills in English, written and spoken. Have a Degree/Diploma in Accounting. Looking for a long term career with an established Australian company.
Professional Skills & Qualifications
Need to have excellent English - Writing and speaking.
Any experience will be benefit, fresh graduated are welcome to apply
Degree/Diploma in Accounting
Understand/Experience with Bookkeeping
Proficient with Windows & Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Word)
Proficient in writing formal letter
Professional Competencies
Passion with Accounting & Human Resource Management
Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills

Primary Responsibilities
Accounting/HR
Basic bookkeeping
Expense & income report processing
Invoice preparation & receipt creation
Bank account reconciliation
Monthly employees tax
Monthly accounting report
Managing employees attendance, sick & leave record
As well as other related activities
Administration
Processing incoming and outgoing mail
Filing correspondence and maintaining records
Inputting data & contents online
Maintain and organize office files
General
Advice the management of payment deadlines and issues
Maintain a clean working environment
Protect client’s information
Relay internal information
Other duties and responsibilities that Management see fit for this position
Hours are 09.00am to 06.00pm Monday to Friday. Salary will be based on a 40 hour week however you may need to work reasonable overtime at time to time if the workload requires it. Transport cover are available.
